For any product to be returned please email Linen Avenue within 14days for a return authorisationnumber. You can email us thru the Contact Us section. |

a. Goods can be returned to any Linen Avenue store with a copy of your receipt and authorisation number. The store will then organise an exchange or credit note for you. |

b. Goods can also be returned by mail which must include the authorisation number and whether you need an exchange or credit note. Please note this will take 2 weeks to process. |

Due to health regulations quilts, bedding protectors and pillows cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please take great care when selecting these goods. |

If the product is faulty or damaged on arrival please return it to us and will we refund the purchase price of the items as well as the delivery charges. |
